Terms and Conditions

If for any reason you want to return your trolley, you are entitled to ask for a refund up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods. However, you would need to cover the cost of returning the trolley to us (about £6.85 at the Post Office) plus our original cost of sending the trolley out to you (usually £6.50 - but more in some places e.g. Isle of Man) AND a £2 handling charge.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
After this period, no refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.

Trolleys will be received within 4-7 working days.

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not have access to customers' financial details. We do not pass on customers' information to a third party.
